Our teams

All our children’s services in BCP Council have to ‘start with the child and stay with the child’, whether our involvement is brief or lengthy.

The BCP Council practice model is child-centred practice. The frameworks to practice within are Signs of Safety and co-production practice. The degree to which these apply varies from service to service. In the same way, the interventions in the middle are child-specific and neither uniform nor universal.

Youth Parliament

The UK Youth Parliament is run by the British Youth Council. It gives 11 to 18 year olds a chance to use their voice in creative ways to bring about social change.
