This workshop is part of the Practice Fundamentals Programme.

Course Objectives:

  • To define professional curiosity and its role in Social Work Practice
  • Explore barriers and challenges to using a professionally curious approach
  • Consider ways in which different types of bias impact upon decision making
  • Consider the role of supervision in promoting professional curiosity

Cost: £20 charge per person for all non-BCP Children's Service staff.

Target Audience: Front Line teams and Partners doing Direct Work with Children, Young People and Families.
