We provide a comprehensive induction and training programme and opportunities to develop specialist knowledge and skills for your service area.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills through training, group supervision and reflective practice workshops.
We work closely with Bournemouth University within our Social Work Teaching Partnership which has a well-established post-qualifying programme of learning that we support our practitioners to take advantage of, as well as online Masterclasses and opportunities to get involved in teaching and supporting students.
We have a well-established Practice Education pathway and student programme. To support your Continued Professional Development (CPD) we are member of Research in Practice and you will have access to the online learning resource CC Inform.
