Partnership practitioners and alternatively qualified practitioners

Partnership Practitioners / Alternatively Qualified Practitioners

The Partnership Practitioners and Alternately Qualified Practitioners department support the development of a wide and varied range of staff and partners across the wider team.

We seek opportunities for staff to gain relevant qualifications to support their learning and development in non-social work professional roles, including new apprenticeship level opportunities in the future.

There are also a range of opportunities for professionals working with children who wish to take advantage of our training and development programmes to enhance their knowledge and understanding. We believe this creates a consistent approach to promoting best practice when working with children across the wider system.
