Event Details  Managing Allegations training is for anyone that has a professional role with children in a paid or voluntary capacity. This course will be in the format of a power point, case studies and also a discussion forum for Q and A.

Event Outcomes

  • Position of trust training that offers delegates an understanding of when to refer, what our threshold criteria is.
  • What support we can offer when matters are at consultative advice and our expectations are of their agency when an allegation first comes to their attention.
  • We will also talk about legislation and policy that underpins practice and transference of risk, private life matters where the threshold applies.

Venue Details:

  • A Hearing Loop is installed at this venue.
  • Refreshments: Tea, coffee, water & biscuits are available but meals are not provided.
  • There is no parking on site during school hours.

Cost: £40 per person for all non-BCP Children's Service staff.
