This training has been funded by the Dorset Police & Crime Commissioner and is available to our BCP Multi-Agency Partners to book.
The Up2U Family Practice intervention programme is for direct work with parents / carers / children / young people and families who use unhealthy / abusive behaviours within relationships. The training will help practitioners plan purposeful interventions focussing on managing emotions and making and sustaining healthy relationships. It is strengths based and informed by motivational interviewing, restorative, and trauma informed practice. The training is targeted for all practitioners working with children, young people and families.
There are 5 full day training session between Monday 31 January 2022 and Tuesday 1 March 2022 for this course:
