This event gives a brief overview of the special education needs and disabilities team, the Inclusion Service, the Virtual School and College, schools and the education system as well as how they work with children and families within BCP.
There is a particular focus on children open to social care but the event is open to all staff working in BCP.
Course Objectives
- The outcome of the training is to ensure that social workers and other professionals working with children and families in BCP have an understanding of the role of each of the teams and how they function.
- If further information is needed managers from the teams can visit individual team meetings to present more detailed information.
